When I started Champion Yards, my goal was to create a business that operates on the principles that people often refer to as "the way business used to to be done."  I spent some time thinking about what that meant.  I have a wide array of work experience ranging from ranching, to carpentry, to management, and the one thing that I have seen separate success from failure revolves around one word.  Integrity.

I grew up watching my dad, Mike Schissler (1954-2002), build a successful construction company centered around that word.  He always said "integrity is doing the right thing when no one is looking," and that quote showed in every aspect of his business.  His decisions weren't always based on what was most profitable, but rather what was "the right thing to do."

As I was putting together Champion Yards I realized this was exactly how business used to be done. There was nothing more important than a reputation as an honest, hardworking businessman, and if it meant making a few decisions that didn’t make the most money, it was worth it in the end.

I would rather have your trust than your money, so if you are ever dissatisfied with any part of your experience with Champion, we will make it right, or you won't owe us a dime.
